We are able to find a number of links to different documents when searching for
executing a command line from an ITSM task. The documents list really nice
flow charts, etc but I don't see one clear example of the steps to create a
task that executes a command line automatically and a field is populated from
the returned data. I'm sure that some one out there has done this.

We're looking at creating tasks using Change Management with ITSM 7.6.04 and
work orders from SRM. This needs to be done with the BMC Suite and not use an
outside product.
