Friends, Prod is ars 7.1 itsm 7.1 RHEL 5 Oracle 11g
I have around 80 Approval Mappings in there and I want to bring it onto our Sandbox env, ARS 77 itsm 77 beta. What is the best approach to bring that over? Not Sure doing an Import of the data is the right approach(Since it has the Support id, Person id references etc.,)? anyone who had this experience if you can share your thoughts would be really helpful.
