Thanks in advance.

Subject: Transfer data from Tasks in Change Management
To: [email protected]

Hi ARS-LIST,

We have some very large task flows, containing tasks and task groups,
which should hopefully be able to use the same variables.

For example, we have a flow in a task group,
There are two task to begin with,
Then there are 18 task groups with their own shorter flows inside.

What we want is to "send" data from the first tasks outside the 18
task groups, and "recieve" this data in the tasks that are inside the
18 task groups using a Variable.

I've looked at the possibility of using a global variable, but is not
limited enough, and local variables can apparently not be used between
task outside and within a task group.

My question is:
1)
Is there any way the value of a variable defined outside a task group
can be accessed from one task within a task group?

2)
Is there a way to increase a variable context to be larger than just
task groups, for instance so that the context is the entire Change?

Thanks in advance.

Kind regards
Mr. Tee
