Hello, We would like to use the ITSM Suite (one or more modules). Could you give me the point of view about licences needed. I understood that we need to have one Server licence, one ITSM Suite application licence (or may be one application licence for each ITSM Suite module?). What about the user licences? Does it mean that floating user licences doesn' t exist any more? What about necessary user licence amount? Does it mean that in case if 20 people work with all ITSM Suit modules they need 20 fixed user licences for each ITSM Suite module (20 * module amount)?
