First I want to say I am a beginner with IIS and Tomcat. We have installed Mid-tier 7.6.04 on a windows 2008 server. We have IIS running with Tomcat 6. We are using Java 1.6.27. It is currently not working. We get a 404- not found error when trying to get to the mid-tier. It seems like the ISAPI redirect is not redirecting.
1 - Does the Java version on the Mid-tier have to be the same as the java version on the Remedy AR server. 2 - Are there any know issues with 7.6.04 Mid-tier and Java 1.7? Any help would be appreciated. We have been troubleshooting the Mid- tier for 2 days now and have tried almost everything that I can search for in the books and on the web.
