Hi Guys, When I add an attachment while creating a new request I get an error
*Work Info Type, View Access, Locked, and Summary fields are required to add a Work Info entry. (ARERR 150167)* This error is specific to just one or two froms our 50 customized from we have in our environment. The Solution was already provided in the below link but thats no help to me :-( *https://communities.bmc.com/communities/thread/38500* The missing entry mentioned in the thread is already present in our environment. Any clue on how to approach this issue would be a great help.. Thank You !!
