AR Admin,

So you would rather suffer with issues until the update is officially
release in a normal product cycle? I have used the unsupported Overlay
Util a number of times and without it I would have been stuck.

There will always be issues with software no matter if it is BMC,
Microsoft, Apple, <insert SW mfg here>. It may be a bug, it may be that
time ran out before the product had to ship, whatever. I appreciate that
BMC is giving us the option and providing tools to work around these
deficiencies until they can be rolled into the product. BMC and their
products will never be perfect. The same is true for any other software
manufacture.
