Does anyone know if BMC has documentation on Configuration Management (CMS)? We own the ITSM Suite and we are starting to dig in to our company's configuration management process and was hoping to find some info on this and how Remedy recommends going about this work...I did search their download site and I am not finding any documention oh this topic.
