Jacques,
I have not, and unfortunately, this wasn't that hot of a customization
that we had to get involved with. We had the joy of migrating to 7.6.04
instead :)

Hi Tauf,

Just a quick post to find out if you got a response to your question
regarding the Work Info tab on the CHG:Template form. We have some users
requesting functionality to add "Work Info" into a Change Template. The
Tab is still there, but as you say, it is hidden. (ITSM Change 7.6)

Kind regards

Jacques Andre
