Thanks for this John,

I think we've covered these off already. So far we've set the following .xml
files to read "Error" or "Fatal" and nothing lower.

./ARSystem/api/lib/log4j.xml
./ARSystem/pluginsvr/log4j.xml
./ARSystem/pluginsvr/log4j_pluginsvr.xml
./ARSystem/flashboards/log4j.xml
./ARSystem/midtier/WEB-INF/lib/log4j.xml
./ARSystem/AREmail/log4j.xml
./AtriumCore/cmdb/plugins/log4j_pluginsvr.xml
./AtriumCore/cmdb/plugins/ne/log4j_pluginsvr.xml
./AtriumCore/cmdb/plugins/shared/log4j_pluginsvr.xml
./AtriumCore/cmdb/sdk/bin/log4j.xml
./AtriumCore/cmdb/sdk/bin/log4j_cmdbapi.xml
./AtriumCore/cmdb/sdk/bin/log4j_vzutil.xml
./AtriumCore/cmdb/sdk64/bin/log4j.xml
./AtriumCore/cmdb/sdk64/bin/log4j_cmdbapi.xml

I'm certainly not savvy with these though so if there is a particular line
entry we should be examining please let me know.

Thanks again, much appreciated
...anik

It looks like Anik may need to find the CMDB log4j.xml file and switch the
debug logging to info.
