I can't believe you are still waiting for BMC support ;-) I have 2 open tickets with then; I think the dropped off the edge of the world! Tickets opened for 3+ weeks no contact other than 1 guy was on PTO; but that was a week ago!
1st ticket opened Oct 13; looks like responses where 5-7 days apart. Given up on this ticket and asking it to be closed 2nd ticket opened on 10/25; no replies since that date. This ticket was set with an impact of HIGH!
