List, We are currently running ARServer 7.5.00 Patch 004 using ITSM 7.6.00 / SRM 7.6 applications. We are currently getting an error in the javapluginlog when we approve a service request that should go out and generate a Change Ticket once the request has been approved....
The error is com.bmc.arsys.api.ProxyManager(?:?) Connects to ARServer REMPROD;REMPROD; through Rpc failed with: ERROR (90): Cannot establish a network connection to the ARsystem server; REMEDYPROD;REMEDYPROD The same error com.bmc.arsys.pluginsvr.pluginsvr.pluginConext(?:?) - <REMEDY.ARF.ITSMUtil> ERROR (90): Cannot establish a network connection to the ARsystem server; REMEDYPROD;REMEDYPROD Any troubleshooting tips or has anyone experienced this error?
