Hi All, I am loading data on one of AR System Form from csv using AIE. This CSV we create from excel using save as csv option. Excel has got some word with (tilde, umlaut, ring, accented) letters for e.g. Jiří Kučí , Čubrová,Zdeňka etc. it for some records say in First Name and in Last Name.
AIE successfully imports all records but some of the above letters become ? or some junk character when we seen in Form. It is able to recognize few letters correctly. We tried to convert csv in UTF-8 format as the source excel is in this format too but still same issue. We have tried with both option in Data Exchange IS External Data Unicode Yes? but there letters are not importing as it is in either case. Please help.
