        GENERAL 

        Cambridge responsibilities include design, development, test,
install, upgrade, implement, and support of the ITSM v7 application
suite for US troops located throughout the Middle East. Cambridge
Application Developers travel to any location within the CENTCOM AOR
including Kuwait, Qatar, and Bahrain to participate in usability and
requirements meetings. Cambridge application developers then implement
solutions by creating, designing, developing, testing, and implementing
ITSM v7 and workflow enhancements. In addition, they maintain a Remedy
MidTier web portal, prepare technical documentation and support to all
components in the system architecture.  We routinely coordinate with
theater components/sites to ensure all foundational data is synchronized
correctly in the distributed architecture. 

         

        TASK DESCRIPTION

        *         Create, design, develop, test, and implement ITSM v7
and workflow enhancements

        *         Maintain Remedy MidTier website 

        *         Integrate with third party software 

        *         Provide after hours and on-call support for emergency
needs 

        *         Participate in usability and requirements meetings and
then implement solution or workflow based on needs 

        *         Prepare technical documentation and support to all
components in the system architecture 

        *         Knowledgeable on new software upgrades and be able to
perform upgrades on all servers 

        *         Provide customized and standard reporting queries
based off of customers need 

        *         Work with other groups for maintenance and
troubleshooting 

        *         Maintains antivirus (Hercules, VMA, RetinaScan),
patches, hardware/software maintenance, and backups 

        *         Coordinates with theater components/sites to ensure
all foundational data is synchronized correctly in the distributed
architecture

         

        LOCATION

        Tampa, FL

         

        QUALIFICATIONS

        *         At least 2 years of practical experience working with
Remedy, Remedy development tools, DSO mappings, MidTier, or related
applications.  

        *         Must be familiar with ITIL and the Service Management
Process Model (SMPM).  

        *         ITSM experience highly desired

        *         Completion of Remedy Administrator 1-3 (Recommended)

        *         Must be able to work rotating shift schedules which
provide 24 hour day/7 day week coverage CMDB experience is highly
desired.  

        *         Previous military or DOD experience is highly desired.
