Lol. We bought some of the web based ITSM training a few months ago for a handful of us. We decided to all take it together in a conference room. There were a number of points when there is no audio and you have to read so we took turns doing it out loud. It quickly became comical when the reader had to repeatedly say "BMC Remedy IT Service Management", "BMC Remedy Incident Management", "BMC Remedy Asset Management", "BMC Remedy Migrator", " BMC Remedy...". Sure we could have said ITSM where appropriate but we were having too much fun.
It did seem that there was an attempt to do some marketing brainwashing in the training.
