Hello, Are you trying to install IIS and Tomcat? If so, we wrote a long list of issues to BMC on this topic (the default install was broken) but never got a response. I think the major problem was the 64bit mod_jk build (1.2.31, or maybe it was 1.2.30) didn't work.
