ARERR 551 to the best of my knowledge is the native database server not available – meaning the SQL database that the AR System database resides on.. Something is killing your local database server or its client connection. It may possibly be even a network issue between the AR Server and the Database server..
Why do you suspect it has anything to do with the AIE which may be running a job on some foreign database?
