Hello, Since some days ago I am having an strange error which I do not find a solution. I log into Remedy and I clic on Asset Management Console. At the moment of loading the form, I receive the next error message:
ARERR [333] You do not have access to the field. : 490008000 This field comes from BMC.CORE:BMC_BaseElement and have as permissions: CMDB Write Security, the same as many fields of this form. This situation did not happen before and no significative change as been made in the application. If I log as Remedy Administration, the problem does not happen but naturally I am not going to turn to Asset Users and Asset Viewers as administrators. Any idea? Thank you in advance.
