I assume that you would want the patched version of 7.6.04, SP1:
https://webapps.bmc.com/epd/faces/patchDnld.jsp
If not, just click on "Licensed Products" instead of "Product Patches".
You will need a valid support login.
You should look for the "AR System Clients"-package, which includes
DevStudio.
