1. Application Versions including ARS & CMDB use: SHARE:
Application properties - but this can be incorrect sometimes due to
incomplete/failed/bugged installers
2. ARS & CMDB (anything with a dll or exe): Go to the exe's in
install directory and right click executable or dll and go to
properties/version tab.
3. ARS: use arsignal -version command
4. ARS: check your arerror.log - it states the version on startup

Subject: [Remedy] Checking versions in Remedy

Hi List,

I would just like to ask for some help on how to check ARS and OS
versions (including the patch level) of both servers (Development and
Production) in Remedy? Thanks in advance!

Regards,

Jojo Ochavillo
