Except that it works on the same AR Server if you connect to it with ARAdmin 
and create said filter.
It's not that it CAN'T work it's that dev-studio doesn't think it should 
anymore, I think

I filed a bug with BMC today. 
Hopefully they'll agree with me  ... guess we'll see :-)
