Trying to download the BMC Remedy ITSM Applications (Asset Management/Change Management/Service Desk) version 7.5.01 (405MB) zip file from the EPD site.. but get a 404 error. Is anyone else having this problem?
I can download the other products except this one. I need it to install a 7.5.03 windows dev environment.. Anyone else having this issue?
