Make sure that you are actually querying the correct field.  Many of the 
ticketing forms switched to a two-field ID model years ago, where there is a 
hidden, numeric Request ID among the core fields, and a module-specific 
Incident, Problem, or Change ID (etc.) that is set by workflow and is prefixed 
according to that module.  They do not increment together (and just for "fun", 
the hidden request ID is used to pull up the ticket in email notifications and 
other links).

Hi all,

I am trying to get the ARSystem 6.3 entries from the external database to my
existing database through ARDBC plugin using Java classes  but when I am
trying to get the Entry ID "Request ID' it is displaying olny numberical's
not like 'CHQ000000001' to get like that what type of class do I need to use
similalry for Dairy field and  Check box as well can any one please suggest
me.
