This resource will be the primary Business Analyst supporting the IT
Service Management project using BMC's Remedy toolset.   The candidate
must demonstrate skills in areas of process modeling, process design,
organizational design and effectiveness skills such as designing
roadmaps for deploying processes for maintaining optimal IT service.

Responsibilities:
· Provide Remedy technical and functional leadership within a small
team of analysts/programmers.
· Gather requirements and develop technical specifications. Work with
and obtain customer sign-off on specifications.
· Design, build, test, deploy & support customizations, integrations &
upgrades required to meet business requirements as reviewed & approved
by Steering committee to meet business requirements. Work closely with
the customer at various checkpoints to ensure functionality meets
business requirements and obtain signoff.
· Work with the Remedy vendor and groups to configure the system and
afterwards to identify and resolve operational incidents.
· Work with the technical manager to size and estimate projects and
support tasks for purposes of capacity and resource planning.
· Ensure all system components and configurations are thoroughly
tested and signed off on by the functional team before going into
production.
