All Thanks for the replies. The issue was resolved when I removed the view information from the URL and manually added it.

Also, what is the version of Midtier you're running? ________________________________ From: "Joran, Peter CTR WHS/ITMD/ACI Group" <[email protected]> To: [email protected] Sent: Mon, February 7, 2011 11:09:05 AM Subject: Missing fields when viewed from the browser ** All I’ve created a custom form and in the User Tool all fields display and all workflow functions as expected. However, when the form is accessed from the mid-tier only a few of the fields display. I’ve flushed the cache several times and applied view\change permissions to all form objects without success. This not a layering problem and I have same issue in Firefox. Logging from User Preferences has only noted what was successful and nothing with regard to what was not displayed. Mid-tier and arerror logs have not recorded anything obvious. Any thoughts on why only a subset of fields would display when a form is viewed from the browser?
