hi, I would try to answer your question. First of all there are many reasons besides the few that I am mentioning to move to ARS 7.6.0.4 specially.
Moving to ARS 7.6.0.4 will give you freedom from worrying about customization during any future upgrades. Like you said you are working with ITSM means you have a lot of customized workflow. Imagine the pain to upgrade ARS server managing all the customization. In ARS 7.6.0.4 a new feature Overlays has been introduced to overcome this difficulty. In short now you dont have to worry about the customizations AR Server upgrade installers along with the BPCU should do the trick for you and that is going to save your time and effort and lot of money for your manager and less down time and avoiding any errors while reimplementing the customization. Also there is big leap in performance and visuals in ARS 7.6.04. but for me Overlays is enough a reason to upgrade. thanks, Viki.
