Hi Tristan,

It sounds like AR Server isn't licensed.

Maybe it was a temp license key that has now expired?

Does the original key have any additional information in the License
Qualifier field that was removed by the upgrade?

Hi,

ARS 7.5
CMDB 7.5
Atrium Core 7.5
Oracle 11G

I want to update a running ITSM 7.5 application with Atrium Core 7.6.04.
I updated the ARS Server to version 7.6.04, worked fine.
After that i tried to update Atrium Core from 7.5 to 7.6.04
During the installation process i always get the error message "AR 
System Server xxxx is not licensed".
I tried to purge the AR Server license key, but this has no effect.

What is the reason for this malfunction ?
