hi,

I would be trying to install it in a day or two till then, did u try to
enable the API and SQL logs to see if anything goes wrong on the AR calls
just to be sure and to get some starting point to start some investigation.

You may want to add the below line into the ar.cfg as soon as it is deployed
by the installer if not present already. This will enable the API and SQL
logs on server side during installation if you see nothing in these logs
then it will be worth raising a call with BMC Support.
