Hi Listers, The contract company that I work with, ActioNet, is looking for a Remedy Trainer to work with my team. This is a long term contract with the FAA so there are good benefits, holidays, and all the goodness that comes with working with the government. We are based in Oklahoma City but team members live all over the country. You just have to be willing to visit Oklahoma about 1 week a month. - Most who have actually ventured to the area like it:) - We have an awesome crew of developers. We just need someone who can teach our users and do some QA testing of our work as another set of eyes.

Perform on-site, on-line, & web based training to Service Desk Technicians & general users of BMC Remedy applications.
Create & maintain web based training materials, tools & software environments. Maintain knowledge of latest BMC Remedy technology. Perform BMC Remedy software Quality Assurance testing. Create & maintain Remedy software test cases, testing tools & defect tracking. Perform other duties as required. | |||||||||||

| Experience in performing class room, on-line & web based software training to users & customers Experience & knowledge of BMC Remedy Application Request System, Atrium Configuration Management Data Base, IT Service Management, Service Request Management, & Service Level Management applications. Experience performing software Quality Assurance testing, managing test cases & defects. | |||||||||||
| Skills Preferred | |||||||||||
| Experience and knowledge of BMC ADDM & Blade Logic Datacenter Automation applications are a nice to have. Preferred history of working in a Help Desk organization ITIL v3, Remedy Skilled Professional or Remedy certifications preferred. | |||||||||||
