Manish, Just for clarification, are you saying that you are allowing users to access the system while making administrative changes? Bad mojo, if you are. The process you are talking about is normal (creating a copy of the table, rebuilding the table, and moving the data back in... this process is all described in one of the manuals, I believe.. I'd have to go find the reference), but best practice would be to lock users out of the system when making form and workflow changes.
