Try setting the environment variable CLASSPATH to corresponding jars files i.e. arapi7603build001.jar, arapiext7603build001.jar and log4j-1.2.14.jar with its absolute path.

(Environment variables set as per BMC document.) I tried to put the dataimport utility into a Windows batch file. Again the batch file executes directly from command-prompt , but not from within run process action. Is there a special way of calling the java dataimport utility from filter?
