Hello listers, I was wondering where I could download new DSL products so that I can upgrade the data in my product catalog. Is it enough do download the ProductCatalogDataLoader.xml and process with AtriumCoreMaintenanceTool or must I use the DSLDataUpdate as in Remedy ITSM 7.0? Are these updates available on BMC sites? Can someone point me to the right direction?
