I installed it in a few hours. Took another couple of hours to basically configure it, and it was ready to rock. Any more time is just fine-tuning the configuration, which is probably realistic with ITSM 7.
If you have lots of Mobile devices, you might consider how you will manage them. Zenprise is a product that really impressed me at last RUG. You might check them out.
