I did a quick Google search "exchange 2007 not showing secondary address" and this looks to be a Microsoft Exchange bug.

We had Exchange 2k3 and everything was working just fine. After Exchange upgrade (2k7), we started receiving all emails with the same "from address" (the mailbox main address).
