okay so I am reading through the BMC Remedy Action Request System 7.5.00 Configuration Guide and I get to page 90 which talks about Table Field Refresh Interval - The interval at which tables automatically refreshes. On the table in the guide there is not a + next to the User tool or the Mid Tier, so does that mean you cannot use this at all?
Does anyone know if this is valid or has anyone used it.
