You should contact your BMC sales representative or account manager and let
them know you are doing this so that you're not charged for that additional
capacity were an audit to be done by BMC.

Subject: Temp User Licenses

**
We are about to do some extra training and would like to apply some extra
change licenses on our QA server for about 30 days. Do I need to let BMC know
about this, or can I just apply the licenses to my server?
