Steve,

You can, but it only means that there is very little resource you would be
able to allocate your web server with - and you may run the risk of the web
server crashing regularly or at least more frequently. If you are on Tomcat,
it will be OutOfMemory kind of errors, if on IIS an error similar to that..

If you can live with having to restart your web server more frequently go
ahead and have them all on a single machine..
