Dear all, We used a window administrator account to perform the ITSM installation, almost all the ITSM modules were installed untill I got to SLM and choose mixed mode authentication and was prompted for the Admin user and passord... checked to make sure I can connect with the sql client from the ARS server and found that the Admin user was never created. Damn!!
Now can I carry on with the instalation using the Windows only authentication (althought our database is mixed mode) and then try and fixed the problem later?!? Also does anyone have the sql for fixing this..i.e creatting the user, role, making dbowner etc... sorry but need to get done completed withing an hour and do not have time. You help is very much appreciated.
