I haven't moved to 7.5 yet, so forgive me if I am way off base. Is there a local cache or workspace created with the new dev tool? I have limited exposure to it. Could this be corrupt? I would try deleting it and see if that helps. We have had a handful of problems with the 7.1 User Tool where forms would be blank. Deleting the local user tool cache fixes it.
