The installation guide for Atrum 7.6 only tells you that clients need flash.
I've done a number of installs and have only installed flash on the clients. I've no explanation for your experience though! -----Original Message----- From: Action Request System discussion list(ARSList) [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Pierson, Shawn Sent: 09 April 2010 16:46 To: [email protected] Subject: Re: CMDB 7.6 Requires Flash on the Mid-Tier Web server? That's what would be logical, but I went from not being able to load the CI Viewer or the Atrium Core Console to being able to load it at the same time Flash was installed on the server's browser. I told BMC support about this, and they seemed completely uninterested in pursuing it further or giving me an explanation of whether it was normal or not. -----Original Message----- From: Action Request System discussion list(ARSList) [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Peter Romain Sent: Friday, April 09, 2010 9:54 AM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: CMDB 7.6 Requires Flash on the Mid-Tier Web server? You don't need flash on the mid-tier server itself, just on all the clients that will access the Atrium Core Console. > We are looking at upgrading to this and run a linux shop.
