   Most likely causes:
You are not connected to the Internet. 
The website is encountering problems. 
There might be a typing error in the address.  

Mozilla gets: 550 /smbu_patches//itsmsuite/7.6.00/patch001: No such file or 
directory

..so I don't know what you are getting to download.
