The OOTB workflow is on the contact Vendor contact name. If you create
a new CTM:People record with the Company being the Vendor company by
entering the last name of the contact and selecting enter the other
fields are populated. To do what you want will require a customization
and will only pull back the first Vendor contact.

In Incident Management under “Vendor” tab
Vendor Information
Vendor Company: XYZ Vendor
Vendor Organization: ALPHA Trading
Vendor Group+: ALPHA Trading
My requirement is when I will put Vendor Group+ information, following
fields should automatically fill.
Vendor First Name+
Vendor Last Name+
Vendor Phone+
Vendor Email
Where I will save above field values, from there system will
automatically pick values when Vendor Group+ is selected.
