Hello everybody I have a problem. I am installing ar 7.5 patch 003. when it aksed me to give JSP engine, i said other and will download it later. Now I am in trouble because TOMCAT website's installer need 64 bit java and AR 7.5 patch 003 doesn't support java 64 bits.
talked to BMC support and they recommended that uninstall the mid-tier and run the installer again to install mid-tier along with TOMCAT. when i did that, it gave me an error that "INVALID TOMCAT INSTALLATION FOLDER". if anyone know what am i doing wrong, please let me know ASAP because i still have to install CMDB and all ITSM features. and everything is depend on CMDB which is depend on MID TIER and TOMCAT.
