Hi All, We are unable to attache the file size more than 5 MB in our attachment field. I have increased the DB-MAX-ATTACH-SIZE and also DB- MAX-TEXT-SIZE in ar.conf. but still it thorws the error message ARERR(-1) Message not found(attachment #1).
This issue only when the application access via midtier. If any one come across this issue, please let me know how to fix this Env SuSE Linux Remedy 7.5 Patch 003 and also in patch 001 Please let me know if you want more details.
