Hello all,
we have trial licenses active on test system (ARS /ITSM v7.5)
I added around 10 AR Fixed / 60 AR Floating Licenses and regarding
applications added 10 fixed and 60 floating for each Incident
Management, Problem management and Financial managament.
Now while doing foundation data uploads, when i select foundation data
and check to see the license compliance check . It says as follows :
for incident management/service desk available=10, required = 34
aruser available = 7, required =9
Is it like, just because we have trial licenses we can add more than
10 licenses or something. Is it a bug ?
Please explain/advise ?
