I am wondering -- what are people integrating Remedy with externally.
The scenario: Remedy is the "main system" but farms out some tasks
externally -- (those are the integrations I am interested in.)
Example:
Sending a password reset to xxx?
Modifying a PeopleSoft person record...
Sending an email to an external service provider for ....
etc...
Also -- I am interested to see what technologies people are using for
this activity.
Example:
Sending a password reset to xxx? -- Java program using Remedy API and
directly calling an executable with command line options.
or
Modifying a PeopleSoft person record... Webservice call into
MQSeries ....
