Hello, Has anyone experienced an issue where Service Targets do not attach for a user until AFTER first save? I setup the targets and they attach fine for me however some users are creating straight to In Progress or Assigned and are not attaching until you modify the ticket again. I blew away the people & user account only to have it come back again. Has anyone come across such an unusual behaviour? I have setup both a normal target - as well as Custom targets to see if that was the issue and it happened with both. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
