Yup. Removing the " patch 001" is all it took. I'll have to wait until I get home to play around with it more, but at least the installer is going again.
I am going to actually bug both CMDB and ITSM. The way I see it, CMDB should be consistent with everything else and put the patch in the "patch" field and the ITSM installer should be able to handle the exception better. A while back I wrote a perl script that scans a system and summarizes application version info and I noticed the inconsistency back then, but, until now, it didn't ever seem to affect anything.
