Hello folks. We have crystal enterprise integrated with the midtier so we can run reports from the web. We have a report which runs via a button on a form right now, which displays the records information as well as some related date stored in other forms. The requirement we have been asked for is that when an incident is resolved, send the requestor a link to the particular report. Is this possible? I am thinking it might have to be done via a window open action, if VUI-Type=web, and $user$=Requestor sort of approach then a run process to click the button.
