A user showed me this. They dragged a web page, and also a graphic onto the Quick Links panel on home page (ITSM 7.1 p9) and it loaded it into the panel. I've tried this, and it looks like the View Field does similar. I suspect that is because these are "web" driven controls. Can this behavior be turned off?
